The Sparta Fire Protection District Community Room is designed to accommodate activities such as discussion groups, birthday parties, baby showers and other small events. The Community Room is located at Sparta Station 1 at 8204 State Hwy 14 East and has a specific maximum of 30 chairs.
 

Reserve the Community Room

If you would like to reserve the room or find out more information please fill out the form below or click the button to print the application off and send it to spartafiresec@gmail.com or you can drop it off at Sparta Fire Station.

Maximum occupancy is 30.

The room is not available on Sunday's or Holidays. 

Please provide an email you monitor. Once you submit your application, the email you provided will be the way we will reach out to you to confirm the day and time you have picked will work.  If you have not received an email confirming the day and time you have picked, that means you don't have the room rented. (Check you spam folder). Once the date and time have been confirmed, it will be placed on our event calendar, so others know that day is not available.

Once you have received the confirmation email. We will schedule a time on the Friday before your event for you to drop off the deposit and pick up the key.  

Deposit fee: $20.00

All tables will need tablecloths.  If you are doing a smash the cake for a 1-year-old birthday we ask that you put covering on the floor. 

Food that is allowed are only finger foods and of course cake and ice cream for birthday parties. 

Our room is only available to the taxpayers of the Sparta Fire Protection District.
